How To Rock The Faded Braids Hairstyle

As hairstyles continually evolve we are more and more seeing new ways to fuse varying styles to create new and fresh looks.

In this case I wanted to cross a fade with cornrow braids. Both the fade and cornrows are traditional looks in urban communities where the traditional urban “clipper barber” and salons reside but the interesting thing is that this type of barber has gained more popularity outside of the traditional customer and has began to service the everyman due to street culture and a fashion resurgence amongst men.

In this modern look I wanted to fade the back and sides going into a bald taper to accentuate the facial bone structure of the individual while creating this fusion hairstyle that looks very crisp, clean, and new.
